  • I’m a regular listener of the podcast, and have been trolling the internet for weeks to find a free, simple how to guide for building muscle, stripping fat and improving my fitness on a plant-based diet. I’ve completed a few marathons and just completed my second 70.3 half IM on the weekend, but I’m not in the best shape I could be…Finally I thought ‘I’ll just go back and see what the boys at NMA have to say on the subject’ and voila! Right there on your homepage was everything I needed… shopping lists, an exercise plan… and reassurance that meat-free athletes are not at a disadvantage when it comes to this stuff. Thanks for delivering, yet again guys… love ya work 🙂
