  1. The topic about life changing habits does not depart from fitness or health, as far I view. Because a good habit of daily life is one of the best Mantra for being Healthy and fit. What say you?

  2. Thank you, I already have very little stuff, but this was a good reminder. After listening to this I have collected all my unused clothes and gave them to a charity – including an ugly sweater.
