Frequently Asked Questions

How do the modules work?

Each of the 14 Academy modules is a stand-alone program (sold separately for $27 each). They explore everything you need to know about that particular subject — meal planning, running your first half marathon, or body transformation, for example. While many have a recommended time structure, you can follow them at your own pace, advancing to a new module whenever you're ready.

What are the four Academy tracks?

The Academy is divided into four main sections: Plant-Based Nutrition, Endurance, Strength and Muscle, and Lifestyle. Each of these four tracks progresses with each module. For example, the Plant-Based Nutrition track starts with a Go-Vegan Challenge, then builds with staple meal plans and programs for fueling your entire family.

You can start wherever you are right now, so even if you're more advanced than the first module in a particular track, you're able to find the program that works best for you without missing any information.

What are the Workshops, and how do I attend?

As an Academy member you'll gain instant access to more than two dozen Workshops, or interviews with experts on a specific subject like weight-loss, intermittent fasting, or habit change.

You'll also be able to attend new live Workshops added regularly, and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the expert.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

With a program like this, it's often helpful to get a peak inside before committing.
