2. Audio Interview: Eating Mindfully, and the Connection Between Meditation and Nutrition
One of the fascinating things about meditation is that once you start doing it, that mindfulness you gain while meditating begins to appear elsewhere in your life.

As part of this Challenge, we're including a long-form interview with Matt Jager on his approach to mindful nutrition, and what steps you can take to eat more intentionally throughout the next 30 days and beyond.
3. Four Guided Meditations
For each week, Matt has created a guided meditation you can use whenever you're ready to sit down for the daily meditation.

He starts small, with just 3 minutes per day, an amount of time we can all find in the morning, evening, or even during a lunch break.

From there, as a group we'll gradually build to 5 minutes on week two, 10 minutes the following week, and ending with a 15-minute guided meditation for the final days. It's when you hit that 15 minute mark that Matt believes the benefits start to shine.

Matt Jager has designed this approach because if you were to jump right in with 15 minutes, because habit change research has shown that starting extremely small is the best way to create habits that last.

4. Private Community and Weekly Live Meditations

The Schedule

The Focus:
Throughout the first week we'll focus on how to meditate, and designing an environment that works for your schedule and lifestyle, to help eliminate any stress or anxiety around the process.

The Practice:
3 minutes per day.

Week 2:
June 10th - 16th

The Focus:
The second week will be all about applying mindfulness to your nutrition, exercise, and life outside of the meditation itself, so that you can really begin to experience the physical and mental health benefits.

5 minutes per day.

Week 3:
June 17th - 23rd

The Focus:
Now that you'll be more comfortable with a daily meditation practice, we'll focus on how to go deeper and explore different techniques you can use to enhance your meditation, so that you can continue to grow your practice after the challenge is over.

Week 4:
June 24th - 30th

The Focus:
During the final week, we'll focus on establishing the long-term habit of a daily meditation, leaving you confident in your new habit after the 30 days.

15 minutes per day.
