- 1 Banana
- 2 Fresh or Dried Dates
- 1 cup Water
- 8 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Papaya
- 1 cup Pineapple
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp Complement Protein or Other Protein Powder (Optional)
Note: Want an extra boost of protein? Add 3 Tbsp of Complement Protein.
Blend ingredients together. Makes 2 large smoothies.
