Pineapple Papaya Smoothie

Dish Type: Smoothies and Sports Drinks


  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Fresh or Dried Dates
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Papaya
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Complement Protein or Other Protein Powder (Optional)


Note: Want an extra boost of protein? Add 3 Tbsp of Complement Protein.

Blend ingredients together.  Makes 2 large smoothies.
