- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Pear, cored
- 1.5 cups water plus 1 cup Ice
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp grated Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Complement Protein or other protein powder (Optional)
Note: Want an extra boost of protein? Add 1 tbsp of Complement Protein.
Blend it all in a blender!
