Ginger Pear Smoothie

Dish Type: Smoothies and Sports Drinks


  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Pear, cored
  • 1.5 cups water plus 1 cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp grated Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Complement Protein or other protein powder (Optional)


Note: Want an extra boost of protein? Add 1 tbsp of Complement Protein.

Blend it all in a blender!
