If there’s one thing I’ve noticed after years of racing and coaching, it’s that most athletes fall into one of two camps:
- They care A LOT about what they eat before, during, and after a workout, or
- They never pay any attention at all.
I’ve gone phases where I fall into both categories, and I think it’s safe to say Matt has as well.
But for most athletes, the sweet spot is somewhere in the middle.
