Don’t Miss Out On Special Bonuses When You Download the Half Marathon Roadmap Now through Monday

Alright, it’s finally here!

If you’re planning to run your first half marathon this fall — or simply your first as a vegetarian or vegan — then you’ll want to check out my latest project, and one that I’m extremely proud of, the Half Marathon Roadmap: The Vegetarian Guide to Conquering Your First 13.1.

If you decide you want to use the Roadmap to train for your first half, it’s best not to wait on it.  I put together a really great bonus package full of cool stuff that comes along with it, but after Monday, those bonuses go away.

Thanks for checking it out, and for your support with all the great comments on the “15 Mistakes” PDF report and the head-game video.  Those mini-projects added considerably to the work of getting this thing out there, but I’m really happy with how it all turned out, and I’m glad it helped you so much.

And now, I’m relieved to finally be able to relax a bit (at least, after I run a 50K this Saturday) and get back to creating fun, exciting content for No Meat Athlete.  I’ve got more posts and ideas lined up for this summer than ever before, so it’ll be a good one. 🙂

That’s all for now!  And don’t forget, the sweet bonus package on Half Marathon Roadmap expires on Monday — click here to learn more.

  1. Quick question, is there a bonuus or special rate for those of us who bought the Marathon roaadmap already? I was bummed to see that it was included in this new Half Marathon plan as a package. Just curious.

    • Yep! If you’re on the Marathon Roadmap owners email list, then you should have gotten an email yesterday with the details.

Basically, just like anyone who buys Half Marathon Roadmap before Monday will get the 26.2 plan as a bonus (the training plan part, not the whole book), anyone who owns Marathon Roadmap will be sent a 13.1 training plan as a thank-you.

If you didn’t get that email, let me know and I’ll add you to the owners list.

      • Hi, Matt –

I got the email saying there are more bonuses, but the link just goes to the page where I can download and pay again. Could you also send me this owner’s email? Specifically, I’d love the code for the discounted shirt!

  2. Hey Matt! I’ll keep this eBook in mind as I cross paths with clients that are vegetarian and looking to run halfs. Most clients are simple weight loss but time to time I definitely have some runners.

Good luck with your launch bud!!

  3. Hey Matt!

This book came out at a good time, I signed up for my first half in early October! My longest run right now is 6.5 miles. I hope I can double that till then 🙂

One thought: I saw that the book comes as a pdf. For the future, have you thought about using epub or some sort of ereader format? I tend to read ebooks on my phone, but pdf docs are sometimes tricky, cause they don’t resize automatically to a font size that’s easy to read.

Anyways, I’m excited to delve into the book!

    Take care,

  4. Yesss! Perfect! The diet stuff is useful but what really got me from “ooh, maybe” to “hell yeah I’m buying this!” is the section on the nuts and bolts of how to train – what the different workouts mean, suggested training plans, warming up and down… all the stuff that everyone else magically seems to know but no-one ever talks about! I just want to bumble along on my own and slowly increase my fitness and how far I can run, rather than committing to joining a club or finding some training buddies, but I had no idea where to go from my current 5K-ish position except “keep running further and further” which is vague and not very inspiring so it never happened.

So thank you for covering not only the diet and mental side of things but also the absolute nitty gritty basics! I may finally learn to run 🙂

  5. I think I’m in love.
Can’t wait to dig in to this, timing couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much for your hard work Matt!! I’ve been veggie for years but didn’t put much effort into nutrition, your site has been awesome as I started running and am about to sign up for my first race. Think I’ll wear my new shirt I just ordered…
