  1. I seriously want to listen to this episode guys! But, I am sitting at work and I do not want to be obsessing about great food all day. Best running vegan topic ever!

  2. I really enjoyed this episode and I am now obsessed with frozen grapes to the point that there always have to be some on the go in my freezer! Such a refreshing summer treat that I’m sure will continue on well into the winter. I thought that ‘Did You Know Doug’ might like to know that grapes are botanically classified as berries 🙂 (other unusual berries are watermelon and aubergine (!))
