A while back, I sent around a survey to some of the No Meat Athlete audience, asking questions like the ones above. I was hoping to identify a few frustrations people have with their diet and fitness so that I could help ease them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much new content will I get each month?
On average there will be three hours of new content each month, through a combination of the monthly audio/video/text seminars followed by video/audio Q&A sessions. Now and then we might have a few bonus seminars, too.
What’s the difference between an Academy seminar and a No Meat Athlete podcast?
They really don’t compare. Podcasts are light, mostly improvised conversations, meant to entertain — so you can pop one on during your run or commute to help you zone out and pass the time. Listen once, then delete.
Academy seminars are about learning — about a specific topic, each month — more than entertainment. While we keep them relaxed, so that you can still listen to an Academy seminar on a run, chances are you’ll want to listen to it again. And maybe again.
Each seminar also comes with a Notes & Actions worksheet, and a followup Q&A session on that topic so that you can listen, digest, and then get answers to your questions.
How does monthly billing work?
Your No Meat Athlete Academy Membership is a monthly, recurring membership. This means that your credit card will be automatically billed each month when your membership comes up for renewal.
